In 1987, Randy Iacone decided to open his own contracting company with one goal in mind “provide quality craftsmanship and exceptional service” to homeowners in Northern Virginia. Determination and dedication has enabled him to build an award winning reputation over the past 22 years in the DC Metro area.
Today, Advanced Contracting Inc is a family owned and operated residential building and remodeling firm located in Loudoun County. Our team of professionals offer architectural skills, construction management expertise and a certified field crew to run our remodel projects.
We take pride in our strong communication skills. Many clients have commented on how much they appreciate this strength.
Randy earned his Certified Remodeler and Certified Kitchen & Bath Remodeler designations through the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). This certification program is the association’s method of recognizing those individual contractors who have met specific criteria of experience, commitment to the ethical conduct and professionalism. Certification provides special recognition to those who, by fulfilling the prescribed requirements of performance and conduct, have demonstrated a high level of competency and ethical standards in the remodeling industry. Currently Randy is studying Green Remodeling through NARI.
We believe it is important to stay current in our industry. ACI is an active member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. Randy instructed the Certified Lead Carpenter Courses for the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) in 2004.
Randy continues his education through the association each year by attending various seminars, webinars, meetings and contractor college courses.
Our Lead Carpenter, Gary Fernandez has earned his CLC (Certified Lead Carpenters) designation through NARI. Gary has over 25 years experience in the remodeling industry and is an essential asset to our company. He is a master carpenter by trade and has strong communication skills.
Our carpenter, Paul Hansen (JR) has earned his CR (Certified Carpenter) designation through NARI. JR has been with ACI for 13 years. He is a master carpenter and an outstanding tile setter. He also offers strong communication skill which our clients appreciate.
