OUR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES INCLUDE:

 

REMODELING: Many remodel projects are “remove and replace in the same location”. In other words, if you are interested in a new kitchen or bathroom, and do not want to change the location of your appliances, bath fixtures or cabinetry, ACI will provide a price for your remodel projects along with a detailed construction contract including start and completion dates. We will assist you in making the selections for your replacement products or we will be happy to install the ones you have already purchased.  Our contracts include our year labor warranty and warranty inspection check(s).

 

DESIGN/BUILD: For projects which dictate design, we offer both design and build under one roof. This is a two stage process. The first phase is the design phase. Our design department will prepare a design for your approval. Once approved by you, and the products for your project have been selected, we prepare the price for your project. Once the price has been agreed upon, then we proceed to the second phase which is the construction contract. A detailed construction contract specific to your job is prepared which includes job specifications, photos of products selected for your remodel, start and completion dates and progress payments. During the design phase you are penciled into our schedule so that once the construction contract has been signed, your project will be scheduled for production to begin.

 

CUSTOM HOMES: ACI provides expertise in new home building and lot development. Placement of your septic, well, new home, barn, a pond and riding arena should be taken in careful consideration. Our in-house design department has 10 years of experience in lot development. Hiring a professional to research your property and develop it to its fullest potential is a very wise investment. We are fully capable to handling any lot size or shape.

 

CONSULTING: We offer consulting for remodel projects, land development decisions, and specific phases of construction. Homeowners can call us for advise consulting for their projects at any phase of decision making or construction.

 

EQUESTRIAN FARMETTE PLANS & PASTURE MANAGEMENT: Based on our personal experience with farm planning and pasture management we extend these services to new or established residents in Loudoun County. We offer design/build for custom homes, new barn or barn remodeling, and pasture management.
